About the bar

• The bar is hired out dry (without alcohol) for $379.

• Barmingo is a fully stand-alone portable bar.

• It holds up to six 19 Litre kegs.

• Each keg supplies about two standard cartons.

What we do

• We deliver, set up the bar, leave and return the following day for pick up within the Perth Metro area, travel fees apply outside this area.

• We supply the bar as a dry hire 

• We also hire pint glasses in matching wooden crates as an optional extra for $20 per crate, each crate contains 20-pint glasses.

How to book

• Visit our website www.barmingobars.com select the 'BOOK' on the home page, select your Bar Hire, date and drop off time.

  • NOTE: You will need to book your glass hire, staff and kegs seperately through the ADD ITEMS page after you have reserved your BARMINGO Bar.

  • We will adjust your booking according to the NOTES you add to your booking form.

• Please read and agree to our terms and conditions. 

• Select the date and time of the event, selecting a timeslot that is prior to the arrival of guests will ensure the bar is set up and ready for the beginning of the event.

• Fill in your contact and event details on the following page.

• In the message box mention how many guests you are expecting, how many kegs you would like and if you would like to hire the matching pint glasses.

• Select the ‘Schedule Event’ button below.

• We will then contact you with an invoice and assist in ordering your drinks if needed.

• To secure your date you will be required to make a $100 deposit.

How to order alcohol

• We have a great partnership with local brewer SPINIFEX Brewing Company to supply a wide range of Beers and Ginger Beer, you can order your 19 litre kegs direct from our ADD ITEMS page after you have made your BARMINGO Booking..

• We place orders for you with our brewer SPINIFEX Brewing Company once you have selected your ITEMS.. 

 

The whole range on offer

• All Brews from SPINIFEX Brewing Company are available in the 19 litre kegs required for the BARMINGO Bar.

How much alcohol 

• As a guide, we recommend 1 keg per 10-20 people.

• We encourage all customers to consider the responsible and safe consumption of alcohol and we do not condone underage drinking. 

How to order alcohol

• We can assist you in choosing your drinks and will place an order on your behalf with SPINIFEX Brewing Company.

• Alcohol needs to be ordered 4 weeks prior to the event to allow for brewing. If this isn’t possible, they have most of their popular range available, please check before ordering.

• The kegs will then be delivered with your BARMINGO Bar and set up for you. We will return the kegs to the Brewery after we collect the items.

FAQs

• What if we would like non-alcoholic options on tap?

  • We can supply you with up to 6 empty kegs for you to fill yourself.

• Will the bar fit through our front door?

  • Barmingo should fit through most doors and gates, for reference it is 700mm wide and 1600mm long.

• Do I need to clean the bar prior to pickup?

  • We do a full clean with commercial cleaners so no need to clean the bar prior to pickup just ensure all glasses are empty and placed back into the crates prior to pickup.

• When will the bar be picked up?

  • The bar will be picked up the following day from the location of the event at an agreed-upon time.
